Shipping Within Australia
Fortune Tail currently ships within Australia from our Adelaide warehouse.
We offer a simple flat-rate shipping structure:
- Standard Shipping: A$9.95
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of A$80 or more
The free shipping threshold is calculated based on the order value after applicable discounts and before shipping charges.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, peak periods, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control. Regional and remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Order Processing
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
